Officially opened in April 2015, the four-star Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa (IHG Group) is located in the middle of the tourist paradise in Bali, Indonesia. With its 171 rooms and luxurious facilities, it is one of the most popular hotels in the area.
PT Tanjung Benoa Indonesia, the owner of the resort, was looking for a high quality yet affordable pipe and ventilation solution, as well as a partner who can supply reliable technical advice and calculation for the installation. The new supplier also had to take into account the unique environmental conditions and high humidity in the area. Proper noise insulation was also an important criterion to take onboard.
Due to the scale and size of the project, PT Tanjung Benoa Indonesia was open to exploring what suppliers outside of the region have to offer. That is when they got in contact with Walraven. Even though applying the Walraven solution, for example working with preassembled product systems, meant that they had to adapt to new ways of working, the quality of the Walraven product systems in combination with the wide range of technical support convinced them that Walraven is the right partner for the job. The Walraven engineering team supported the creation of installation drawings, calculations, on-site training and supplied a complete fixing system including fixing rail, cantilever arms, different types of pipe clamps and accessories.
